We have purchased many airflow mattresses by different manufacturers, which have all been problematic. Most replacement mattresses are deep and therefore compromise the safety of bedrail use. Also replacement parts and repairs have been significantly costly.
The “try before you buy” 14 day trial enabled our home to order further mattresses with confidence. Residents have been pleased with the comfort of the Squirrel Diamond low profile mattress and staff have been impressed with simplicity and effectiveness of the produc, and the training given by the company.
The maintenance Training offered by the company, allowed us to have a dedicated person to carry out inspection and basic repairs, and has proved to be invaluable to the home. It is exceptional to deal with a company that welcomes discussion and actively asks for suggestions for improvement, and is always ready to listen to the customer.
